About DeltaWings.DeltaWings is part of the Delta Group of companies that began with Delta Publishing in 1993, publishers of the world famous Air Show Guide. Developing into a variety of interests including television and film support services, DeltaWeb emerged as the new technology developed. As part of the contracts for such aviation giants as the Royal Air Force, Red Arrows, Blue Eagles and Airbus Military. DeltaWeb had to produce a huge number of aircraft colour scheme drawings, which are now being made available in high-quality print form for the first time. Three people are behind the new venture for the Group. These are: Keith Draycott
Dave RobertsDave, a modern languages graduate and a former research assistant at the RAF Museum, also joined Delta as a writer and photographer. He is fascinated by all forms of transport, particularly vintage aircraft and steam locomotives, and has contributed to many publications, including articles and drawings for German WW1 subjects in Ray Rimell’s acclaimed Albatros Publications. An experienced modeller and self-taught illustrator still terrified of computers, Dave grappled with the intricacies of Paint Shop Pro to produce our illustrations of aircraft up to WW2. This guy is a detail freak, researching each individual subject exhaustively for those little variations that make vintage machinery so fascinating. Sorry, no photograph; Dave is camera shy, and with very good reason… Tim Callaway
