The RAF Cosford Air Display – 11 June 2006

or, the Long Weekend, Part Three!

The RAF Cosford Air Display is the largest display in the Midlands. This year proved to be no exception in terms of the crowd as the weather was clear and hot all day. Over 50,000 people attended the show in the bright sunshine and the Team had almost perfect conditions in which to fly their first air display show. The display was a real mixture of civil and military aircraft and Teams, and included the latest addition to the UK display circuit, the Blades Aerobatic Team from 2Excel. The Blue Eagles flew an immaculate display, as can be seen from the pictures below.
