The Team began the display with the amazing front-to-back break, the Lynx pulling up out of the Gazelle vic, having started by flying backwards.

During the Lynx solo display, one of the unusual manoeuvres (for a helicopter) is a loop. Here Cuz and Rob pull over the vertical.

As the Lynx clears, the Gazelles run back in for the pairs cross. Although not a great photograph, we included this one as it appears two of the Gazelles are running through each other!

After Tim breaks off the back of the Gazelle diamond, the Lynx splits the remaining vic by flying up the middle. The good weather finally allowed us to capture some ot the smoke trails against the blue.

….clearing center stage for the Gazelles to cross.

The Gazelles reform into the Diamond formation and flypast as the Lynx rolls overhead.

The final Gazelle crossover is spectacular indeed, with the two pairs interlacing as they break!.

Display over, the Team reform to flypast and land, caught here in front of the imposing bulk of Lancing College on the hill above the airfield.

As the Team got to the stand after finishing the display, a crowd quickly gathered to get their posters signed.

Jim’s family visited the show to see the display….

….as did Martin’s, who thoroughly enjoyed seeing Dad at work.
