The calm before the storm. A Gazelle….

The Lynx hovers opposite the display datum at Shepway, a view that shows the size of the crowd at this popular event.

The Gazelles run across the crowd front in pairs to cross, as the Lynx runs back in from depth to begin its solo part of the display.

The Royal Navy also attended the Shepway show, anchoring one of their ships off the seafront.

The Gazelles, with smoke on, running in under the Lynx for their final break over one of the display support vessels.

Display over at Shepway, the Team returned to land at Shoreham before displaying there later in the afternoon.

One of the other visitors to the Shoreham show was this immaculate Spitfire in 41 Squadron markings.
