Blue Eagles Team News for 2005

9 July at Silverstone for the British Grand Prix.

Saturday 09 July saw the Team in action at Silverstone in Northamptonshire for the British Grand Prix. The Team gave a full display just prior to the qualifying session for the race on Saturday before flying on to Blackpool. It was one of the best displays the Team had flown to date, accurate and well balanced. The display took place over the straight above Becketts, in full view of the huge crowd gathered all the way around the track. As the Team came back in to land, there was a loud round of applause, accompanied by the inevitable Silverstone air-horns! The Team stayed at Silverstone for the qualifying session, before departing for the Blackpool show. After displaying at Blackpool, in a typically busy Blue Eagles weekend, the Team made a flypast at the Wirral show on the way home to Middle Wallop.
