Middle Wallop, Hampshire – Thursday 2 December

The Team’s last demonstration of 1999 was at Middle Wallop for the Companies who have supported the Team and the Historic Aircraft Flight over the year. Representatives from Cotswold Camping, Brietling, PPS Digital Imaging, DeltaWeb, MOBEX, Nutec, Jackson Jewellers, Garmin (Europe) and PAN Holdings were invited to Middle Wallop to see a demonstration flight by the Lynx, and to experience low level flying Army Air Corps style! The day was rounded off with a lunch in the Officer’s Mess hosted by the Commandant, Colonel Charles Blount and members of his Staff, the Team and Flight, followed by a tour of the Army Air Corps Museum of Flying.

Walking out to the Squirrel

The guests got a taste of operational Army Air Corps flying in Single Squirrel training helicopters.
