Firebird Aerobatics Ltd was founded by Brian Lecomber and has been operating for 18 years with an unblemished safety record. Firebird pilots hold Civil Aviation Authority Display Authorisations with the very rare clearance to perform Unlimited (world-class) aerobatics down to a base height of 30 feet.

Firebird perform at all kinds of events, from major air shows such as Farnborough to county shows, carnivals, motor events, pop concerts, regattas, galas, etc. Among other accolades, Firebird’s two-ship team has been awarded the Sword of Honour at the Royal International Air Tattoo.

In addition to the display flying, Firebird is the only company in Europe to hold a JAR OPS (joint European) Air Operator Certificate for aerobatic passenger flying.
