The 2005 Team Displays – Biggin Hill International Airshow – 03 & 04 September 2005

Friday 02 September 2005

The Flight left Middle Wallop to fly down to Biggin Hill on the Friday afternoon in what could only be described as perfect conditions, bright and sunny with a light breeze. Sadly the Sioux was unable to make it to the show, but the other five aircraft were in fine form. Keith Draycott was lucky enough to fly down aboard Chris Gill’s Alouette along with engineer John Marsh, and captured some excellent images as a result. The Alouette really is a flying goldfish bowl affording a photographer a superb view. The AHAF went straight into a practice display on arrival, again in near perfect conditions giving an ideal opportunity for more good pictures. The best of these are included below!
