Blue Eagles Team Displays – Mildenhall and Southend – 25 to 28 May 2001

The second day at Mildenhall dawned flat and grey with a little light rain, not at all the conditions of the previous day at all, despite the forecast! The Team flew a full display in difficult conditions, gusty blustery wind, low cloud and no horizon in the misty rain. Despite this, the display was one of the most accurate to date, everything went like clockwork and the crowd once again took to their feet as the Team aircraft bowed at the end of the show. These are a few of the pictures we managed to get in this difficult weather, but check the last page in the display as on Monday night a series of video clips will be added to this page!
