The 2005 Team Displays – Royal International Air Tattoo – 16 & 17 July 2005.

The Royal International Air Tattoo is not only one of the largest air displays in the world, in terms of the numbers of aircraft attending, but also one of the most prestigious. Once again, both Teams from the Army Air Corps flew together as the largest formation in the display. The Saturday weather was ideal, with a light wind and small amount of high cloud, allowing for a full display. The huge crowd along the massive flightline at Fairford were highly enthusiastic and gave both Teams a loud and long round of applause.

Just a small part of the huge flight line that is RIAT!	The two AAC Teams were the largest formation in the display.

The two sections run in together to begin the display.	The rotaries begin the ‘aerial ballet’, as the fixed-wings formate overhead.
